Participant fee includes:
- Access to Plenary Session, Parallel Sessions, Poster Session and Exhibition

Accompanying person fee includes:
- Access to Plenary Session, Parallel Sessions, Poster Session and Exhibition 
- Lunch & coffee breaks during the conference  
- Social program, welcome reception, conference diner
St.Petersburg session fee includes:
- Transportation: train ticket to St. Petersburg (sleeping compartment) and transfers in the city
- Access to Plenary Session in Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University
- Meals, coffee and banquet
- Excursions

Payment instructions
Step 1: Selection of the participation type
- Follow to the 'Participation type' section and select the type of the conference fee
Step 2 (Optional): Registration to the St.Petersburg session
- If you plan to participate in St.Petersburg session, please follow to the 'Additional services' section, press Add new service, select 'St.Petrsburg Session' and press 'Submit'
Step 3: Payment
- Follow to the 'Payment' section, select the appropriate items and use one of the payment methods (invoice of online payment)

Payment methods
To make payment for the registration fee, please, register online and on your personal account you could choose the preferable way of payment:
1. Payment by Bank transfer

1. Payment by Bank transfer 
If the payment by bank transfer was chosen by the participant as the preferable way of payment, the invoice for the total amount will be created automatically by pressing the correspondent button. It is possible to pay in USD. A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money. The bank fees are covered by the participant.
2. Online payment (VISA / MASTERCARD)
If you have chosen an Online payment option, simply follow the steps of instruction. In case of payment by the credit card with foreign currency (not Russian rubles) the sum will be converted to Russian rubles at the rate of emitting bank (the bank which issued the credit card). Operation of withdrawing from the Customer's credit card is carrying out in Russian rubles.

Cancellation terms
If a participant decides to cancel his attendance, the notification letter supplemented with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent by e-mail (see Contacts). Please note that no refund will be available if you have not properly informed the organizers about your cancellation plan.
Cancellation before September 15: Registration Fees will be completely refunded, except bank charges. Cancellation after September 15: no registration refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. All the refunds will be paid only after the end of the event.
